My freshman year of college, I was a multi-sport athlete. By senior year I ditched it all for Red-Bull fueled all nighters, bags of Cheetos, and a lot of unnecessary stress.
Now that I've graduated, I realize how much damage I did to my body and my mental health. I hope that, by getting back into running, I can regain some sort of balance for my body and my mind.
